New FencingPhotos.com Photographers: Introducing
Matthias Bonnardel and Xavier Marest

FencingPhotos.com now has more photographers to cover the world, bringing
you the best-possible photography of fencing action from major world
competition.
Matthias Bonnardel is a fencer and a photographer, living in
Chatenay Malabry, France. He fences sabre at the Paris University Club and
is a pro photographer who has been shooting fencing for four years.
Matthias will be covering fencing primarily in France for
FencingPhotos.com. In our feature of the 2007 Monal, a selection of some of his
best shots are presented. Additionally, his images can be seen on his own Web
site, http://bomasport.free.fr
as well as at www.escrime-info.com,
where he covers a variety of notable French fencing events.

Xavier Marest is French but lives in Leverkusen, Germany, near K öln.
A semi-pro photographer, Xavier received guidance on photographing fencing
from FIE visual media and communications expert Jochen Faerber.
The photos in our feature from the European Championships in
Ghent, Belgium are all taken by Xavier. He will be covering more events for
FencingPhotos.com and the FIE, especially in Germany.
We are pleased to have these excellent photographers with us
at FencingPhotos and hope you will enjoy their work.
